Bay Leaves, Mustard Seed, Dill Seed, Coriander, Red Pepper, Cloves and Allspice
To a large pot, add enough water to cover seafood, 4 tbsp. salt and 1 bag of Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil. Bring to a rolling boil, add seafood, and return to a boil. Boil crabs 20 minutes, crawfish 15 minutes and shrimp 2 minutes. Remove from heat and soak 5 minutes. For added flavor: Add halved lemons and cayenne pepper prior to boiling water, and increase soaking time after boiling. One bag seasons 4 lbs. crawfish or shrimp, or 1 dozen crabs.
