1. In large bowl combine contents of one bag with 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp water (100 ml). Let stand 10 minutes. Shape into 1-inch balls. 2. Pour corn oil into heavy skillet or saucepan to a depth of 1/2 inch. Heat to 350 degrees F. Add falafel and fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove; drain on paper towels. Makes about 12 falafel balls.
