Ingredients

Water, Chick Peas, Potatoes, Onions, Sunflower Oil, Tomatoes, Spices, Green Chillies, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Pomegranate Seeds Powder And Tea Leaves Extract.

Directions

Just heat & eat: Method 1: Cut pouch, empty contents into a frying pan, and heat for 3-5 minutes while stirring. Serve hot. Method 2: Cut pouch, empty contents into a microwave dish, heat on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot. Method 3: Immerse the foil pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cut open and serve hot. Once opened consume immediately. Don't use the inner pack if leaking or bloated. Specially sterilised in multi-layered pouches to help assure safety. Does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool dry place.
