Classic Roasted Chicken Demi-Glace.
Chicken Stock, Mirepoix Stock (Made of Carrot, Celery and Onion Stocks), Modified Food Starch, Salt, Water, Gelatin, White Wine, Chicken Fat, Natural Flavors and Chicken.
To make a classic chicken demi-glace, use 1 part Jus de Poulet Lie Gold to 4 parts hot water. Bring to a light simmer and whisk until completely dissolved (approx. 6 minutes). Makes approximately 1 cup (220 ml) of Chicken Demi-Glace. Refrigerate after opening.
