Ingredients

Whole-Fillet Alaska Pollock, Coated with (Cornflake Crumbs (Milled Corn, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt) Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Baking Powder)). Cooked in Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil.

Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Conventional oven (recommended): 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove from all packaging and place fish on baking sheet or foil. 3. Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes. Turn fish over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Microwave oven (based on 1000 watts): 1. Remove fish sticks from all packaging and place on a microwave safe plate lined with a paper towel. 2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds on half power (50% or level 5). 3. Flip over and microwave for an additional 1 minute on half power, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Do not thaw. Oven and microwave oven temperatures vary; adjust cooking times as necessary. Caution, product will be hot after cooking.
