Cooking InstructionsUse Honeysuckle White® Fresh Ground white turkey any way you would use ground beef.• For Patties: Shape into 4 oz. patties, ~1/2 inch thick, and season as desired.• Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350degF.• Grill: Preheat lightly oiled grill to 500degF to 600degF.• Add patties, arrange so they do not touch. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165degF throughout the patty.
