Jalapeno Cornbread: 1 box (16 oz) Hodgson Mill Jalapeno Cornbread Mix; 2 eggs; 1-3/4 cup milk; 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease one 2-quart baking dish or skillet.
