(15 to 17 pieces) 1-1/4 cups Nishiki or Botan Calrose rice. 1/4 cup Marukan seasoned gourmet rice vinegar. 1 can (10 oz) Hime Inarizushi-No-Moto, drained. Cook rice with 1-3/4 cups water as package directs. Turn cooked rice into large non-metal bowl. Pour vinegar over rice. Gently toss rice to combine all. Cool. Spoon about 2 to 3 tablespoons rice into each inarizushi-no-moto, filling about 1/2 full. Fold top edges inward, overlapping, to enclose filling. Place seam-side down on platter to serve. Makes 16.
