How to Melt: Microwave - Heat chips in a microwave safe bowl at medium power (50% or level 5) for 2 minutes. Stir until bowl no longer feels warm. Continue heating for 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stovetop - Heat chips in lap of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Stir constantly until smooth.
