Hot to Brew: French Press / Tea pot / Strainer: Use ~ 1.5 tsp yerba mate per serving, then add freshly boiled water. Steep for 3-10 minutes. Adjust to desired strength. Coffee Maker: Place ~ 1.5 tsp yerba mate per serving in the filter basket, and brew normally. Adjust to desired strength. Mate Latte: Brew an 8 oz cup of hot yerba mate. Add sweetener (sugar, honey, agave, or maple syrup) to taste and 4 oz steamed milk of choice. Top off with milk foad. Makes a 12 oz mate latte. Delicious hot or iced. Iced mate: Brew an 8 oz cup of hot yerba mate. Add ice and lemon or fresh mint to taste. Storage: Store your mate in a dry, air tight container or in this package, away from direct heat and light.
