Keep Frozen. Stovetop: 6 to 7 minutes. 1. Preheat an ungreased, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Empty contents of package into the hot skillet. 3. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Stir occasionally with a silicone spatula (do not cover). Microwave: 5 minutes (depending upon microwave). 1 Empty contents of package into a microwave safe bowl. Cover. 2.
