Adjust the amount of coffee and chicory to your preferred strength. 3. Add milk and sugar to taste. Enjoy! For a New Orleans-Style Cafe au Lait: 1. Use 1/2 to 3/4 heaping tablespoon of French Market Coffee & Chicory per 6 fluid ounces of water. While brewing, heat whole milk almost to the boiling point. 2. Add sugar to your empty cup. Then fill your cup halfway with hot milk. 3. Fill the remainder with French Market Coffee & Chicory. Sip and enjoy the richness of New Orleans!
