Filtered Water, Vital Wheat Gluten, Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil, Naturally Flavored Yeast Extract, Barley Malt, Whole Wheat Flour, Granulated Garlic, Butternut Squash, Organic Wheat Flakes, Onion Powder, Apples, Garlic, Mushrooms, Yellow Pea Flour, Lentils, Lemon Juice, Irish Moss (Sea Vegetable) Extract, Sea Salt, Tomato Paste, Red Wine, Black Pepper, Rubbed Sage, Spices, Rosemary, Paprika, Natural Liquid Smoke and Carrots.


Ready to eat. Keep refrigerated. May have been previously frozen, ok to refreeze. Serve hot or cold. Field Roast stuffed celebration roast is fully cooked and ready to eat. Thaw and remove packaging before use. Oven (as a centerpiece): pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place roast in pan, baste with broth or oil and herbs, reheat until warmed through, 30-40 minutes. Stove top (grilled slices): slice into 1/4" pieces. Lightly brown in saute pan with a little oil. Can also grill. Microwave (reheat to eat): slice and place on microwavable plate. Reheat for one minute or less. Avoid overcooking. Serve cold (sandwiches and salads): slice for sandwiches and salads.
