Rice: Water, Rice, Green Peas, Salt and Cooking Oil. Gravy: Chicken, Water, Cream, Yogurt, Tomatoes, Cream, Onions, Cashews, FD&C Yellow 4, 5, Ginger, Spices, Garlic, Salt, Butter, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Soybean Oil, and FD&C Red 3.
Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking (Do not thaw): 1. Puncture film 2 to 3 times. 2. Heat on High setting for 3 minutes. 3. Carefully peel film back, stir gently. 4. Replace film back onto tray. 5. Heat for an additional 1 minutes or until internal temperature reaches (165 degrees F). 6. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns.
