Serves 2-3. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan. Add 1/2 lb. sliced chicken, beef or seafood and cook on high until lightly browned. Pour 1 bag (7 oz) of deSiam red curry simmer sauce. Stir and cover with lid. Reduce the heat. Simmer and stir occasionally for 10 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with steamed white rice. Cooking Tip: You may add 1-2 cups of cut-up vegetables, such as baby corn, eggplant, cherry tomatoes and pumpkin. For Best Before: See pack. Refrigerate after opening.
