Water, Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water), Peanut, Sugar, Tamarind Juice (Tamarind, Water), Sunflower Oil, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Sesame Seed, Coriander Root, Lemongrass, Shallots, Galangal, Chili, Cardamom, Cumin, Coriander, Curry Powder (Turmeric, Mustard), Kaffir Lime Peel, Lactic Acid, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Xanthan Gum, Ascorbic Acid.
Serves 2. Cut 1/2 lb of chicken breast into thin strips. In a bowl mix 2 cloves garlic (crushed) with 1 tsp yellow curry paste, 1/4 cups of coconut milk, 2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar. Marinade chicken with this mixture for 30 min. Thread up strips of chicken on bamboo skewers. Grill in oven or in a big pan. Serve along with deSiam peanut coconut sauce. Refrigerate after opening.
