Whole Durum Wheat Semolina.
Add 1 lb of pasta to 4 quarts of boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt and stir vigorously at once. Keep it on the boil stirring once in a while for the time indicated. Drain, add the sauce and serve hot. Cooking Time: 10 min.
