Store in a cool and dry place. Cooking Suggestions: For 3 servings, add 250 g of pasta to 4 litres of boiling water with 15 g of salt and stir delicately with a wooden spoon only once the pasta have unraveled themselves taking care of detaching eventual stuck of pasta from the bottom of the pot. Keep it on the boil for the indicated cooking time stirring with care every once in a while. Due to their delicacy drain the pasta directly into the dinner plates. Add the sauce and serve hot.
