Light Brown Basmati Rice.
Cook the perfect rice: Add & bring to a boil over high heat. 2c cold water 1c rice & 1/4 tsp salt. Reduce heat to low, stir once then cover for 20 minutes.* Remove from heat when all water is absorbed. Let sit & fluff. *All stoves vary, practice makes perfect!
