Refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool and dark place. Empty the jar over 1.5 lb diced lamb in a pan and saute for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and cook till lamb is fully done. Stir occasionally. Lamb can be substituted with beef, vegetable medley or paneer.
