Baking: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Blend Chebe Pizza Crust Mix with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 cup shredded cheese (cheese and milk contain lactose and casein.) (optional; sharp or hard cheeses work best) and 2 large eggs. Slowly blend in exactly 1/4 cup water or milk/milk substitute (cheese and milk contain lactose and casein). 3. Knead dough with hands until it is smooth. 4. Place dough ball on an ungreased 14 inch round baking tray. Press dough with heel of hand, flipping the dough occasionally, until it covers the tray evenly. 5. Add the toppings of your choice. 6. Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Slice, serve and enjoy.
