Prosciutto spread: Place a cream cheese or creme fraiche spread with a fold of proscuitto on Carr's® rosemary crackers. Top with kalamata olive slices or green olives with pimentos. Sprinkle thyme leaves for garnish. Caprese: place a slice of cherry tomato on top of Carr's® rosemary crackers. Place fresh basil leaf and fresh mozzarella over top of tomato and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with cracked pepper.
