Water, Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Egg, FD&C Yellow 5, Lye Water
Method of Preparation: Immerse the noodle in cold water for about 2 minutes. Discard the cold water and add hot water. Boil for about 3 minutes; let loose the noodle by means of chopsticks. Fried noodle or oyster sauce with noodle can be prepared. To fry with oil or to cook with meat and vegetables can be adopted at one's disposal.
