WHITE CORN NACHOS: INGREDIENTS: 1 (14oz) bag of Donkey Chips Tortilla Chips 1 lb Cooked Ground Beef 2 tsp Cumin 2 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Salt Refried beans 1 (16oz) can 2 cups Mexican Cheese Blend Diced tomatoes Sliced jalapeno peppers Sour cream Guacamole 1. In a frying pan brown ground beef until done. Add Cumin, Chili Powder and Salt. 2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange a layer of tortilla chips along the bottom of a wide, shallow baking pan. (the tortilla chips should be a couple chips thick) 3. Spread the refried beans and cooked ground beef over the chips. Sprinkle cheese on top. 4. Bake in an oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. 5. Garnish with tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, sour cream and guacamole. 6. Enjoy while warm!
