Microwave Oven: Place bag in microwave label side up and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Bag expansion is normal. Let bag stand 1 minute. Cut open bag with scissors and empty carrots, being careful of steam. Because of difference in microwaves, heating times may vary. Microwave with label side up. Conventional Stovetop: Remove carrots from bag and place in saucepan with just enough water to cover them. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Steam: Remove carrots from bag and cook covered over boiling water 4 to 7 minutes. For best quality keep refrigerated.
