Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. To get the most nutrition from your flaxseeds, grind them into meal. It's easy to do. Simply put a few tablespoons of flaxseeds into a small electric grinder. Grind for about 30 seconds, or until the seeds become a fine meal.
