Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Stove Top: 3 cups water; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 cup Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Cereal. For a nutritious high fiber hot breakfast cereal, bring water and salt to a boil. Add Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Cereal and reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes enough for four hungry folks. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with fruits and/or nuts. Microwave: 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Cereal; 3/4 cup water. In a large bowl, combine cereal and water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid boiling over. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
