To Prepare Tacos: 1. In a large skillet, brown 1 pound ground turkey or ground beef until crumbly. 2. Add Bearitos Taco Seasoning, 2/3 cup water. Blend well. 3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. 4. Spoon taco filling into warmed Bearitos Taco Shells. Top with shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and salsa or taco sauce. Makes about 3 cups of filling, enough for 12 tacos, (3 tbsp. filling each). Tofu Tacos: Substitute for step 1 above: in a large skillet saute 2 (14 oz.) containers of firm tofu, drained and cubed, in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for about 3 minutes. Cook as directed. Bean Tacos: Substitute 2 (15 oz.) cans of Westbrae Organic Beans, drained, for the ground turkey.
