Basic cooking directions: 1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Boil 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. 2. Drain pasta into a colander. Return to saucepan. 3. Measure 1/4 cup lowfat milk into measuring cup, add cheese and stir until smooth. 4. Add cheese sauce to pasta, stir well and enjoy! Variations: For a richer and creamier flavor add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and stir in with the milk and cheese packet. For a reduced fat alternative, substitute 2% lowfat milk with 1% or nonfat milk. Excellent for use in gluten-free diets.
