Ingredients

(Vegan): Organic Jasmine Rice, Organic Coconut Milk, Organic Fire Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Organic Yellow Zucchini, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride, A Natural Firming Agent]), Filtered Water, Organic Green Beans, Organic Tamari (Water, Organic Soybeans, Salt), Organic Carrots, Organic Fire Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Expeller-Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Sauteed Onions (Organic Onions, Organic Sunflower Oil), Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Spinach, Organic Basil, Water Chestnuts, Organic Brown Cane Sugar (Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Blackstrap Molasses), Organic Cilantro, Organic Jalapeno Peppers, Sea Salt, Organic Red Onions, Spices, Organic Cornstarch, Organic Garlic, Black Pepper.

Directions

Keep frozen. Ovens may vary. Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir curry. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven instructions.
