Rice Flour, Water, Modified Tapioca Starch.
Cooking instructions: For stir-fry or saute: Soaking. 1. Pour noodles into a bowl. 2. Cover with very hot tap water. Stir to separate. Soak noodles for 25-30 minutes. Do not over soak. 3. Drain noodles. 4. Stir-fry noodles with your favorite ingredients until firm yet tender (al dente) and heated through, about 4-6 minutes. Enjoy! As pasta. 1. Add noodles to 4 quarts salted boiling water. Stir to separate, boil until tender yet still firm (al dente), about 4-6 minutes. 2. Immediately drain cooked noodles. Quickly rinse under cold water and drain again. 3. Add your favorite sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy! In soups and stews. Use leftover noodles in your favorite soups and stews. Just add prior to serving. Warm through. Enjoy!
