Remove pastries from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. 6. Admire, smell and enjoy! For An Extra Wow: After placing the frozen pastries on the baking sheet, let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then bake, following the instructions stated beside. This optional preparation step will allow pastries to rise more.
