Recommended Use: 1. Batter: 3/4 cup flour, 1 cup cornstarch, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 1 cup water. 2. Cube 1-1/2 lbs chicken, beef, shrimp or veggies. Lightly coat in batter. 3.
